3) Metro Properties does the market research and evaluate the property and offer recommendations for repairs and cosmetic improvements to maximize the rent.
4) We hunt for tenants with our extended professional agent network and paid marketing portals.
5) After finalizing the tenant we perform background verification and Police Verification on demand.
6) Prepare rental agreement with legal expert with all necessary pointers like payment date, late payment, security deposit, hike etc. and get it signed by both parties.
7) Timely rent collection and payment of bills and taxes with prior reminders if required
8) Periodic Inspections with Photo and Video proof, and Provide annual report for Tax purposes.
9) Once the tenant moves out, We Inspect and provide report on condition of the property with estimated charges and return balance security deposit to the tenant.
10) Get Home ready with cleaning or repairs and Put property on rent again.
